Delivery Information

We aim to reduce your postage costs, therefore we will despatch small less valuable items through Royal Mail and you will be charged accordingly. (Although your order will state the cost as above we will manually change the cost of postage). Due to possible theft, Replica items are always sent by courier.

Delivery Times - At Blues Direct we offer a fast, efficient and hassle-free delivery service. A signature will be required on delivery so please ensure you provide an address where someone will be available to sign for your goods (this can be your home or work address).

Please Note: If you do request on your order for your goods to be delivered with a neighbour or to be left in a certain place on your property Birmingham City cannot be held responsible if your parcel is damaged or missing.

Delivery times are as follows:

UK Customers normally* within 2-3 working days via DPD Worldwide Couriers.
International Customers normally* within 2-10 working days.

*Delivery times may be extended during particularly busy periods such as Christmas.

Undelivered Items:

We aim to deliver all of our orders and keep failed deliveries to a minimum. If we do fail to deliver any order to you, please report this to us no later than 30 days from the date on which the order was taken by us. We will not accept responsibility for any undelivered orders which are reported to us later than 30 days after the date on which the order was taken by us.

International Customers Please note:

International orders are limited to a maximum weight of 2kg. If you parcel weight exceeds 2kg then you will be contacted and additional charges may apply.

All orders for delivery to another country are accepted subject to customers checking with their local customs office that the goods delivered may be imported. Any penalty, duty or confiscation will be at the customer's own risk and responsibility. Birmingham City does not accept any responsibility for any duty charges on goods by your customs office. If you place an order and then subsequently refuse delivery as you will not pay the relevant customs and duty tax for your nation's import duties or any other levied a charge, BCFC will not refund your goods or postage charges.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United Kingdom.
