Returns Policy
You may return an item for a refund within 28 days of receipt in a new and unused condition and in its original packaging.
NOTE: Some products are excluded from this guarantee and these include personalised and printed replica shirts, earrings, body jewellery, made to order items, underwear, books, DVDs and personalised products. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Birmingham City cannot accept any responsibility if a player leaves the club or changes his/her squad number. Customised shirts relating to this issue cannot be refunded.
