We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Birmingham City Football Club. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you are welcome to return it, in its original, unused /unworn condition, along with any wrapping and receipt to the Store at St. Andrew's within 28 days of the date of purchase and we will exchange it or offer a full refund.
Some products are excluded from this guarantee and these include personalised and printed replica shirts, earrings, body jewellery, made to order items, underwear, books and DVDs. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Birmingham City cannot accept any responsibility if a player leaves the club or changes his/her squad number. Customised shirts relating to this issue cannot be refunded.
Cancellation of Order
You may cancel your order of goods at any time upto the seventh working day after you receive the goods, unless the items have been personalised in any way. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your order. If you wish to cancel your order please notify Birmingham City Football Club in writing at the address below. If items have already been posted when you notify us of cancellation then you will still be liable for postage charges.
A signature will be required on delivery of your goods. If you do request on your order for your goods to be delivered with a neighbour or to be left in certain place on your property Birmingham City cannot be held responsible if your parcel is damaged or missing.
All orders for delivery to another country are accepted subject to customers checking with their local customs office that the goods delivered may be imported. Any penalty, duty or confiscation will be at the customers own risk and responsibility.
Birmingham City do not accept any responsibility for any duty charges on goods by your customs office.
Returning items by Post
If you decide you do not want an item or have ordered the incorrect size please return it to us by post at your cost to the following address only.

When returning goods please complete the returns form included in your parcel.
Any items received back after 28 days of purchase cannot be refunded. We would advise that you send the goods by special delivery as Birmingham City cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post. Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods returned are faulty.
Our stock system works on real time so if you were able to order then the item should be in stock. If we are unable to supply your goods for any reason then we will contact you and, if requested, the sum in question will be refunded to the card used in the original purchase
Please Note payment is taken immediately upon order. When pre-ordering goods, any other items purchased will not be despatched until the pre-ordered item is launched. You may contact us if you wish to pay extra postal charges to have the items despatched early.
Please note all special offers are subject to availabilty and only available while stocks last. Special offers are not available in conjunction with any other offer.

Unwanted electrical equipment is the UKs fastest growing type of waste.
Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle, electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination – harming wildlife and also human health.
We can help! We are pleased to offer our customers the chance to recycle their old electrical items.

Please include a covering letter and a copy of your receipt for your new purchase.
To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol) in your bin.
What is WEEE?
The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items. In the UK, distributors (including retailers) must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. Those establishing their own take-back scheme must as a minimum offer all customers buying new electrical equipment free take back of their old electricals on a like-for-like basis.
